Employer data may include company records, representative details, recruitment and workforce operations data, and billing records.
Supplier data may include business licences, service listings, client workflow data, and settlement information.
2. How We Use Data
Data is used to operate role-specific platform capabilities such as recruitment workflows, visa and document processing workflows, reminders, billing, and reporting.
Supplier-related processing of employee documents may occur as processor activities for employer clients under service workflows.
3. Sharing and Retention
Data may be shared between platform roles only according to feature rules (for example after contact unlock), with authorities where legally required, and with infrastructure or payment providers strictly for service operation.
Retention periods vary by data type and legal obligations, including identity records, recruitment records, usage logs, and invoice records under UAE requirements.
4. Your Rights and Security
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability according to applicable UAE law.
HELLOU applies encryption, transport security, access controls, and UAE-based storage requirements for protection of personal data.
