HELLOU Service Provider Agreement
Applies to all supplier accounts and all listed service categories.
1. Eligibility and General Obligations
Suppliers must be legally registered in the UAE with valid licences for all offered categories and keep business details accurate.
Suppliers must respond to enquiries within committed timelines, deliver professional-standard services, and avoid undisclosed fees.
2. Category-Specific Compliance
Regulated services such as visa, immigration, and manpower supply require category-specific licences and strict compliance with UAE authority rules.
Technology, outsourcing, and finance or tax services must be delivered within lawful and professional standards, with accurate capability representation.
3. Data Processing and Security
Supplier access to employee or candidate documents is purpose-limited and must follow UAE PDPL and contractual confidentiality obligations.
Suppliers must implement security safeguards, report breaches within required timelines, and delete or return personal data after engagement completion.
4. Ratings, Prohibited Conduct, and Termination
Client ratings and review outcomes affect account performance and may trigger review or suspension for persistent low quality.
Suppliers must not misrepresent licences, process data beyond authorised purposes, or divert platform-introduced business outside platform rules.
