HELLOU Employer Account Agreement

Applies to all company accounts registering as Employer.

Employer

1. Scope and Account Capabilities

Employer accounts are designed for full workforce lifecycle management: recruiting, onboarding, active workforce tracking, visa and document reminders, and off-boarding.

Employers can post jobs, filter candidates, message within plan limits, unlock contacts with credits, and track hiring decisions.

2. Onboarding, Workforce, and Billing Duties

Employers must maintain accurate company and representative information and restrict account access to authorized personnel only.

Employers should track employee document statuses and coordinate renewals with suppliers using platform workflows.

Supplier invoices must be confirmed or formally disputed within 5 business days.

3. Contact Usage and Data Confidentiality

Unlocked candidate contacts can only be used for the specific hiring purpose and cannot be reused for unrelated outreach or third-party sharing.

Employer users must comply with UAE PDPL when handling candidate or employee personal data and implement internal controls to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Liability, Termination, and Law

HELLOU provides a platform and does not guarantee hiring suitability, visa outcomes, or supplier execution quality.

Either party may terminate with written notice; material breach can trigger immediate suspension under the agreement.

UAE law applies, with Abu Dhabi courts as jurisdiction. Contact: services@wehellou.com.
